Terms of Service

Rap Verdict ("Service") is provided for users aged 16 and older. By creating an account or accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for abuse.
3. Content
You may submit chat messages, picks, votes and other interactive inputs. You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to store, display and analyze that content for operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership.
Prohibited content includes: harassment, hate, spam, illegal content, impersonation, doxxing, sexually explicit or exploitative material, and malicious links.
4. Moderation
We may remove or restrict content or accounts at our discretion to protect users and maintain integrity.
5. Data
Core data categories: profile (username, display name, date of birth (DOB stored only to enforce age threshold)), picks/votes, chat messages, aggregated battle statistics, technical logs (e.g., rate limit IP hashes retained briefly). See Privacy Policy for details.
6. Age Gating
Accounts for individuals under 16 are not permitted. Attempting to bypass age restrictions is a violation and may result in deletion.
7. Acceptable Use
You will not: (a) abuse sign‑up flows; (b) attempt to reverse engineer security; (c) automate excessive requests; (d) unlawfully scrape data.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and platform code remain the property of their respective owners. Limited license granted for personal, non‑commercial use.
9. Disclaimers
Service provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of predictions, or availability of any feature.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to $50 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations—your rights may vary.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (Settings > Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate for violations or risk.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced in‑app or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
